We do not provide workouts or meal plans, you don't need them. We will be asking all 40FIT clients to choose their own food and activities. This is for good reason - please watch this video for a more thorough explanation and is the reason our clients go on to achieve long-term success rather than issuing a quick fix.
This challenge is about eating foods that work for you and that you love, so yes absolutely suitable for you. We also include a vegetarian high-protein ebook for ideas and inspiration.
Yes! We have designed a system that works brilliantly, no matter where you are in the world so you don’t need to worry about missing a thing. Replays will be available for everything so you can catch them when you are available.
What if I don't have Facebook?
To take part in the 40FIT Challenge and get the full experience and results from the programme, you’ll need an active Facebook account so that you can join our private Facebook group where we post daily check-ins, and provide coaching support.
What time are the live coaching calls?
They will vary as we have women from all over the world participating in the challenge it will depend on time zones. However, all calls are recorded and a replay is available straight after each call.
